Kern County’s diverse communities have set the pace for California in developing community strength through local collaboration. This neighborhood-based coalition identifies and addresses local issues, brings together health and social service agencies, and offers locally based family-centered services. The Delano Community Collaborative is accredited by the Kern County Network for Children.
