Celebrate the holidays outdoors with Kern Water Collaborative at Cowboy Christmas! Hosted by the Wasco Rose Festival Foundation, this festive community event features food and retail vendors, family activities, and holiday fun. Stop by our booth to learn how eligible households in the Kern Poso subbasin can apply for free nitrate testing for private domestic wells and free bottled water delivery.
