DESCRIPTION:Join the Kern Water Collaborative (KWC) at the Kern County Network for Children (KCNC) General Collaborative Meeting in Bakersfield. KWC will present information about free nitrate well testing and bottled water services available to eligible households in Kern County’s Poso and Westside South groundwater subbasins and a portion of Kings County’s Tulare Lake subbasin.
