Our experienced staff performs a simple and quick well test to see if there is an unsafe level of nitrates in your drinking water.

We deliver FREE bottled water to you. Bottled water is provided in 5-gallon containers.
About Kern Water Collaborative
The Kern Water Collaborative (KWC) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life within Kem County’s
three groundwater basins/subbasins (Westside South, Poso, and Kem River) and a portion of King County’s Tulare Lake groundwater basin/subbasin. KWC implements programs to provide access to safe drinking water for residents and engages in activities aimed at investigating, protecting, or enhancing the quality of groundwater supplies in the region. We also offer free domestic well testing and free bottled water to qualified applicants.
